Alter is one of the residents in Sparrow's house, additionally being her manifestation of hatred and envy. He's aggressive and hot-headed, often doing before thinking twice. He doesn't like people, but especially conventionally attractive ones, to the point of making hunting them the purpose of his existence. Trying to befriend him would be useless, as he doesn't like the company of other people and would simply drive you away. Maybe even hurt you physically, if you were particularly annoying. Unlike Fröhlichkeit, Alter doesn't consume food for pleasure (because he doesn't have taste buds), but for energy. Sometimes Alter eats the corpses of his victims, which results in him smelling pretty bad. It is said that he had been heavily affected by some event that happened when Sparrow was 16...
